HourSwift exists because every remote worker has wasted a meeting discovering that "3pm my time" meant something impossible for the person nine time zones away. We built a converter that answers the question instantly and without guesswork.

What the tool does

The converter turns one moment into every target zone at once, maintains a live 24-hour comparison, and offers a meeting planner that scans the next three days for overlapping work windows across all participants. Daylight saving is handled automatically by reading each region's real offset for the selected date — so the US-to-Europe gap is 5 hours in winter and 4 in summer, exactly as it should be.

Privacy by design

Every calculation runs in your browser. Your times, your zones and your work windows never leave the page, no account is needed, and nothing is stored on any server. This is a deliberate choice: time zone math needs no reason to send your data anywhere.

How offsets are kept honest

We use your browser's built-in time zone database rather than a hard-coded table of offsets. That database is updated with operating-system releases, so spring-forward and fall-back changes are reflected without a site deploy.

Results are intended as guidance for planning. Always confirm a critical meeting on your own calendar before booking. For questions or feedback, see our contact page.
